Description:obv. Bust of William IV, left, around border : HIS MOST GRACIOUS MAJESTY WILLIAM IIII, rev. Neptune reclining against an urn with a pennant in his right hand and a cornucopia in left, around upper border : THE THAMES & THE GANGES. In exergue : PROCLAIMED / JUNE 28 1830.
While Droz died in 1823 the superb obverse of 804.1, Settlement of the British at Bombay, was used for this reverse with slight changes.
