Description	:	obv. Bust of Aga Khan, half left, around border : DIAMOND JUBILEE. To left to head : 1885. To Right : 1945. At bottom : IMAMAT, rev. Moslem figure in centre with Urdu inscriptions around border giving titles and commemorative event. Fitted with a lug and ring suspension. A round uniface pattern of the reverse of this medal exists in silver, also 32.5 mm.
