A rupee sized medal issued for the Coronation Durbar held on 12 December 1911. Calcutta Mint records state that this medal was struck at the Bombay Mint (confirmed by Bombay Mint records) to be given to school children as a coronation medal. Believed to have also been struck at the Calcutta Mint. |
